Lynn Chrisman, Owner
When Full Sun opened its doors in August 1995, it soon became one of Lynn's favorite stores in Jonesboro. After twenty-two years in the legal profession, Lynn decided it was time for a change where she could actually use her creative talents and ideals everyday. So, in October 2004, Lynn purchased Full Sun and couldn't be happier.

Johnny Stayton, Head Designer and Floral Department Manager
A native of Walnut Ridge, Johnny graduated from Arkansas State University with a degree in radio/television. While attending college, he began working in a flower shop and has remained in the business every since. Johnny joined Full Sun in 1998, became head designer in 2000 and manager of the floral department in 2005.
In 1999, Johnny took top honors in the Arkansas State Floral Association Competition and has had his floral designs featured in various publications. He regularly speaks to many different groups regarding floral design and the use of flowers in decorating.
Outside of Full Sun, Johnny is an active member of St. Mark's Episcopal Church, where he serves as the Parish Verger and serves as a member of the Vestry. Johnny also spends a lot of his free time taking care of his 3 dogs and 3 cats, all spoiled rotten.

Mel Chrisman, Owner/Delivery Coordinator

June Adair, Sales Associate/Gift Basket Queen
June joined Full Sun in 2004 and works from October to May. During the rest of the year, June and her husband are in Estes Park, Colorado, where they spend their time enjoying at the Bradshaw Cottages, which they own and rent during the summer month.

Amy Ferguson, Sales Associate/Saturday Girl
Amy joined Full Sun in June 2005. After teaching for 16 years, Amy is now the Director of Campus Preschool at Arkansas State University. Amy only works on Saturday at Full Sun and is called the "Saturday Girl." Amy loves to travel and practices Yoga.

Caroline Cameron, Floral Designer/Corsage Queen
Caroline has worked part-time at Full Sun since 1995. Caroline helps out the floral department during all of the holiday seasons, as well as with proms and weddings.

Janice Kroeter, Accounting
Janice has been working at Full Sun since 1998. Janice takes care of the account receivables and coordinates the logistics of deliveries for all special holidays and events.
